Causeway Parking Lot to the Mainland; Later Tuesday Afternoon

It might not have ultimately been too much of a surprise which car in the parking lot was Harley's current ride. At least if you happened to know the Chevy Impala was Dean's provided it was even present on Tuesday. The funky 1970s green Chevy Chevelle sedan (four doors, see what she'd said about the back seat?) was of course Harley's: a classic look, but not so flashy as to attract too much attention and immediately get her in trouble as soon as she'd grabbed it from where the very unfortunate previous owner had left it.

Although the main hint that it was hers was still probably that she'd parked her butt on the hood of the thing as she waited for Marc to get there.

Call it a freebie.

And what was a girl to do with so much reassurance?

Apparently respond with a very whimpery, "Marc, baby, plea--" that dissolved fully into a loud cry mid-word as the tension came to a head in a way that left no doubts about her level of enjoying herself, between how she shuddered and how her hips bucked against his hand one last time and stayed there.

Marc kissed and rubbed her through it, paying attention to make sure he was giving her what she needed for the high and subsequent come down. He kept murmuring things like "That's it, I've gotcha" between kisses.

It definitely added an extra layer of fluff to whatever Cloud Nine Harley was currently floating on, while she panted and gasped her way through the rest of the pleasure he drew from her body, even as the tension in the rest of her body slowly fell away.

Eventually, she slumped against his shoulder, with a drawn out "Fuuuuck" on a dreamy sigh and a little chuckle.

"That'll be when we get back to your place," Marc said. Since again, pants. In the meanwhile he wrapped his arms around her and held her close. And maybe tried to think some cooling thoughts for himself.

Harley chuckled. It sounded a little hoarse.

But she also turned her head so that she could press a few lazy little kisses against the side of his neck. While otherwise staying all slumped on top of him. "Oh, you wanna wait, do ya?"

Marc tilted his head to give her better access. "I didn't say that..."

"Oh, you didn't?" Harley purred, taking the invitation and using it for a little nip or two. Playful and light. "Then what did you say?"

"Just the fucking," Marc said. He moved one hand up and down Harley's back, encouraging her to keep doing what she was doing. "Whole lotta other stuff still available."

"That's more like it," Harley agreed, with much approval in her tone. She shifted just a little, so she could grace his neck with several more bites and kisses with more ease. "There's more hand stuff," she murmured, "and mouth stuff..."

The timing of the lick right after that was no accident.

Marc shifted in place as the barely banked heat inside him started to rise again.

"Could be both," he pointed out. Because why deny how skilled she was with either?

"Could be," Harley agreed, and nipped at the line of his jaw. She sounded like she was smirking, no surprise there. "I could make that happen for ya."

Marc turned his head to give a light bite at her lips. "Good. You're the one I want doing it."

"I wasn't gonna hand you over to someone else," Harley promised against his lips. "'Got mine, someone get this guy his.'"

Yeah, that was going to get Harley a full on kiss that lasted for a bit. Marc wasn't going to spend any time thinking about why, he was just going to do it.

Harley wasn't going to ask, either.

Granted, a lot of that was because she was far too busy kissing him back. She even righted herself a little more from her slump to properly do so, her hand sneaking up to cradle his cheek.

Whatever the latest unexamined impulse was rooted in, it may have been a little bit mutual.

Eventually Marc pulled back enough to look at Harley. Kind of studying her, but for what he couldn't say.

"Yeah, that's nice."

He couldn't fully define the that there either. Just that it felt appropriate.

"Something's gotta be, since you won't," Harley replied, but for a quip it was a whole lot of soft around the edges.

"I got a rep to maintain," Marc said. Also far too tossed off to remotely be a real quip.

"Your rep is safe with me."

Maybe she'd shake off some of the softness if she stole another quick kiss?

Or maybe she was stealing one just because.

Marc let her steal it. Which possibly meant it wasn't really stolen if it was freely given but, yanno, whatever. Vibes.

"I knew I was in good hands," Marc said. Just for her.

Harley's delighted snicker said the set-up was appreciated. "Not yet you're not," she said. "But real soon."

As soon as she'd find the energy to move a bit. Which she was rapidly gathering!

"Not like I mind what I've got," Marc told her, kissing along her jaw.

It was a lapful of Harley. There were a whole lotta worse things in the multiverse.

"Oh, was that you not minding, what you just did?" Harley teased, while tilting her to make his kissing easier. (She liked it, because let's face it, anything that put his mouth near her ear was apparently a hit.) "Coulda fooled me!"

Marc quirked his eyebrows up. Which was possibly difficult to see while kissing his way back towards her ear, but there was tone of voice as well. "I struck you as having a problem?"

"Oh yeah, big problem," Harley replied, with a happy little shiver because she was predictable like that sometimes. "Fumbling around with your armful of broad, completely unsure what to do with her..."

Patently untrue and laid on too thick, to boot! Because she was hilarious.
