Marc was an asshole but he wasn't that kind of asshole. Ultimately what he'd been looking to do was make sure Harley felt safe and happy. He'd just fucked it up last week by assuming on her behalf how to do it. Marc was forever a man possessed of good intentions with a seriously hit or miss track record on actually managing to accomplish them. Especially with people who were close to him.

But that was neither here nor there. Because at the moment he had a Harley wrapped around him and that was much more interesting. Especially when he could press her tight up against that wall and get reacquainted with what her mouth felt like.
