Marc took in all those tattoos. Some, like the Daddy, he was filing away as important information but nothing he was going to bring up on his own. Obviously he didn't know anything about Harley's nickname for her ex, but the P showed up often enough Marc figured it had to relate to the guy's last name or something.

Others Marc was going to react to, but he was starting to get a sense of when Harley went bright when what was really under there was uncertain. So he took that last comment first, moving up to give her a slow kiss on the mouth, then saying, "I prefer women who look like adults. You're fine, Doc. And beautiful."
